Fixed Fee Monthly Employment Law Plan

What is included in the fixed fee plans?

Drafting or reviewing existing contracts of employment for your full time, part time and casual staff
Drafting of a comprehensive Staff Handbook. Click here for a list of included policies
Unlimited telephone advice, including advice on:-
  • Taking disciplinary action
  • Individual dismissals
  • Conducting a grievance
  • Help with drafting correspondance
  • Dealing with employee absences
  • Statutory entitlements
  • Changing an individual’s terms and conditions
  • Any general questions on employment law

What is the minimum agreement term for the monthly Employment Law Plan?

We will require an initial 1 year agreement for our fixed fee retainer as we will spend a significant amount of time reviewing your contracts and learning in-depth about your business and employees. Beyond the initial year there is no tie-in and you are free to cancel at any time, unlike many other firms who require long contracts and excessive cancellation periods.

When are payments due?

Payments are made monthly in advance over the twelve month agreement period and beyond, if you choose to continue with the service. If the service is cancelled after the inital 12 month agreement period, refunds will not be made for parts of the months where the service is not used (i.e. if the service is cancelled mid-month).
